Prior to forming Gorman and Guerrero Law, Patrick was a partner at the largest insurance defense firm in Arizona.  At that firm, he handled a wide variety of cases on behalf of insurance companies from inception through trial, learning first hand how the insurance industry operates.  After spending 13 years defending large companies and insurance carriers, Patrick realized that his true calling was to represent those that have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of others. 



Patrick has been active in several local and national organizations and has authored numerous articles on legal issues. He has presented on insurance related issues to the State Bar of Arizona.  He has been listed as a Phoenix Top Lawyer, Southwest Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America, all in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith.

Patrick was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota, working at his father’s meat market until graduating college.  Patrick is married to another attorney, who he met at the library during the first days of law school.  They have one son together and reside in Phoenix.  Patrick enjoys a quick round of golf, current events, and cheering on the Sun Devils and Minnesota Vikings.
