Brian Guerrero
Brian Guerrero is a wrongful death, personal injury, insurance coverage, and business law attorney. Brian specializes in wrongful death claims, serious personal injury, insurance coverage involving property damage, business formation, and corporate structure. In addition to this work, Brian also handles Professional Liability matters.
Prior to founding Gorman and Guerrero Law, Brian was a criminal prosecutor in California and Arizona. As a Prosecutor, Brian conducted over 50 jury trials involving General Felonies, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Gang cases. Brian’s time as a criminal Prosecutor handling violent crimes has given him a tremendous amount of experience in the courtroom. This experience has led to a depth of knowledge that is used when investigating wrongful death and personal injury matters. After nearly a decade of handling violent crimes, Brian switched roles and focused on White Collar Fraud. While working fraud cases, Brian learned the “inside baseball” of corporate structure and asset protection.
Throughout his career, Brian has won numerous awards for his zealous advocacy on behalf of victims. These awards were presented to him from victim advocate groups, organizations he has represented, and from his fellow attorneys in the office. Brian has taught and presented on various topics including search and seizure, organized retail theft, and domestic violence.
Brian was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Arizona after marrying his beautiful, Sun Devil wife. Brian and his wife have twin daughters, and a black lab named Hazard. Outside of the office Brian competes in short and middle-distance triathlons, plays ice hockey, and enjoys spending time with his daughters on every swing set in the Valley.
